At Penn, he guided the Quakers to Ivy League Championships in 2015 and 2016, with his 2017 offense ranking No. 31 nationally while averaging 413.9 yards per game. At Rice, Reagan led offenses that achieved program milestones, including the 2012 Armed Forces Bowl victory, the 2013 Conference USA Championship, and a Liberty Bowl appearance. Throughout his career, his systems produced record-setting performances and countless all-conference and all-Ivy League players—many of whom Reagan helped position for collegiate and professional opportunities.

A native of Delmar, N.Y., Reagan was a standout center at Syracuse University, earning two Academic All-America honors and serving as captain of the 1993 Fiesta Bowl–winning team.
